If you have purchased an ebook from our site, you will receive an order confirmation immediately and download instructions shortly thereafter. Digital files are available in EPUB (and sometimes PDF) formats. If you do not receive download instructions, please send an email to orders {at} invisiblepublishing.com.

If you have purchased a print book from our site, you will receive an order confirmation immediately and a second email once your order has shipped (books are shipped within the week of purchase). If the one or all of the books you have ordered are not yet available, we will send you an email once they’re released. We will ship partial orders.

If there is something missing from your order, or you received a damaged product please contact us within seven business days by email at orders {at} invisiblepublishing.com. Please include your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.
