J. B. Staniforth

J. B. Staniforth is a freelance reporter based in Montreal. As a reporter with the Nation magazine (Canada), serving the Cree Nation of Eeyou Istchee, he has covered Cree, northern, and Indigenous news since 2011. In his wider freelance arc, however, he has covered an array of topics, including death and grieving, prison, food safety, and information security. Between 2001 and 2014, he published 11 issues of the acclaimed underground zine Querencia.
